LuminAID is the Perfect Lantern to Light Your Way in the Outdoors

Whether you made it to Denver’s Outdoor Retailer show this year or not, chances are you may have seen this product around the web. But if you haven’t, here’s what you have been missing.

LuminAID has recently burst on to the outdoor scene with its recent Kickstarter campaign promoting their new solar lantern. That’s right, SOLAR POWERED, meaning no more batteries. Ever!

The PackLite Max Phone Charger takes their product to the next level by offering both a 2-in-1 phone charger and the solar lantern all combined into one lightweight packable device. The design also offers an adjustable strap that lets you hang the lantern anywhere you need, as well as place it on top of your gear or backpack to collect more light for the night ahead.

Some if its key features include its 150-lumen light on turbo mode, and its four other light variations; high, medium, low, and flashing. The variation idea is for photographers looking to capture the perfect tent and star combination at night, letting you reduce the lumen level to match your exposure settings. To top it all off, it’s waterproof, so it can stay on-top of your back through that light or heavy rain with no worry of damage.
