This may seem obvious to some, but many visitors ask what to bring for Yoga On The Rocks. Plan to bring a yoga mat, filled-water bottle, towel, and post-vinyasa snacks. Summer days in the mountains also call for shade. So, don’t forget your sunglasses and sunblock for attending this sunny outdoor event.
3. Arrive Early

Plan for an early morning start. The main parking lot fills up early, and yogis often wind up parking at the bottom and taking the steep road to the top of the amphitheatre. If you want to skip the hassle of driving completely, grab a Lyft. Pickup and drop-off spots can be found at the Lower South Lot 2. Keep an eye on your inbox for discount codes sent out for new riders prior to the event.
4. Prepare For Weather
Yoga On The Rocks is a rain or shine event, so plan accordingly for all wild elements of Colorado weather. In the event that weather delays or cancellations occur, yogis will be advised to take shelter in their vehicles. Keep your ticket handy for re-entry to the event in case the weather clears. If you’re looking to fire up the grill prior to or after this yogi-inspired event, controlled propane grills are recommended. Ground fires, tents, and canopies are not permitted. It’s also worth mentioning that smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the venue. This includes e-cigarettes and vape pens.
