Colorado wildfire shuts down part of I-70
UPDATE: Road has reopened
According to the Colorado State Patrol of Eagle, part of I-70 has been closed due to a wildfire in the median between Debeque and Parachute in Colorado’s Western Slope.

According to CDOT, the eastbound lanes of I-70 are closed between mile marker 62 and 72 due to fire department activity. The left lane headed Westbound is also blocked. Expect delays and watch out for emergency crews on the scene.
