While temperatures will continue to warm this week, a storm system brewing to the north and west of Colorado will bring a mild case of wild weather to the parts of the state. According to OpenSnow, the next chance for high elevation snow will be from Wednesday evening into Thursday, with a stronger chance in the southern mountains. Temperatures in the upper 40s to 50s will fizzle overnight, dipping into the low 20s.

Colorado’s snowpack totals are above average thanks to all the October snow. Several Colorado ski resorts including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Loveland, Eldora, Winter Park, Monarch Mountain, and Wolf Creek, are already open for the 2019-20 season. For a full list of spinning lifts, click here.
