If you’re a taco lover that also loves skiing, get pumped about the  Taco Beast snowcat. It’s a taco truck like no other found at Steamboat Ski Resort in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. They officially opened for the season on December 19, 2019.

The snowcat dining option is in operation on mountain from 11AM to 2PM Thursday through Monday unless otherwise noted. As with many traditional food trucks, this taco-snowcat doesn’t stay put. Find their location updated on their Twitter page.

Tacos are each  $5 and include the options like beef barbacoa, elk chorizo, chicken, and a mix of summer squash, pinto beans, and corn.
