Adventure seekers can enjoy sweet, smoky, tangy, and spicy BBQ delights while taking in incredible sights of Rocky Mountain National Park from the patio.

Popular starter items on the menu include the southern catfish tenders, stuffed potato skins, ale and cheese soup, deep-fried pickles, and BBQ nachos.
The Pitmaster offers up a delicious a meat-lovers combo consisting of Carolina pulled pork, Texas beef brisket, and cheddar jalapeño sausage piled high on a fresh hoagie roll.
Mix it up with the Egger-riffic-Burger, an angus burger served open face with smothered homemade Sausage gravy, chicken fried applewood smoked bacon, an over-easy egg, and cheddar cheese.
A side of natural cut fries or sweet potato fries is included with each sandwich and burger.

For sharing, family platters are the way to go. The Big Kahuna Belly Buster comes with full rack of St. Louis pork ribs, a whole chicken, half pound of brisket, half pound of pork, four large sides, and six pieces of cornbread.

Sides include mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, coleslaw, potato salad, natural cut potato fries, sweet potato fries, southern corn bake, jalapeño Hushpuppies, sautéed green beans, spiced apples, cornbread, and BBQ baked beans.
Don’t forget to leave room for dessert! The homemade apple cobbler is to die for! With rich chocolate mousse layered with peanut butter chiffon and topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreos, you also can’t go wrong with the chocolate peanut butter pie.
