A shooting Thursday morning left a man hospitalized, the Denver Police Department said.
The shooting happened at South Broadway and West Archer Place near the Baker neighborhood. South Broadway was closed at West Ellsworth Avenue for the investigation but has since reopened.
Police announced the shooting on Twitter at 8:43 a.m.
The victim was taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound. Police said the man’s injuries appear to be nonlife-threatening.
No arrests have been made as of Thursday afternoon.
There is no suspect information available. Police said the investigation is ongoing.
