Colorado State Patrol seeking public’s thoughts on interactions with troopers, highway safety
The Colorado State Patrol is using a public opinion survey to gauge public perception on highway safety and interactions with the patrol over the last two years.
The survey is open now and will close on Nov. 24. Responses are anonymous.
“Your feedback is important to me and the future of the Colorado State Patrol,” said Chief Matthew Packard. “I would be honored if you’d take a few minutes to help us understand how we are doing and where we can improve.”
So far, around 2,000 Coloradans have participated in the survey. Officials said they hope to get responses from all across the state to capture the state’s diversity of perspectives.
The Colorado State Patrol aims to provide a safe and secure environment through professional law enforcement services that reflect the values of honor, duty and respect.
Results from the survey will be posted on the Colorado State Patrol website in early 2021.
The 5- to 10-minute survey is offered in English and Spanish. It is available at cspsurvey.com.
