Denver’s Brentwood Center, a 133,494 square foot shopping center, was sold for $14.9 million Tuesday, making it the largest retail property sale in Denver since 2016, according to CoStar.

Brentwood Center, composed of eight buildings on 13.36 acres, is located at 1951, 2095 and 2099 S. Federal Blvd. and 2000 S. Hazel Ct. It spans along Federal Boulevard from Jewell Avenue to Evans Avenue.

The shopping center was sold by Justin Krieger of Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC.

“Despite fears about COVID’s effect on retail, the demand for this asset was extremely strong,” Krieger said.

“We received multiple offers from around the country from both traditional retail investors as well as developers who saw the opportunity to control a large infill site along three major corridors.”
