Aurora police search for man who allegedly attacked woman in parking lot

The Aurora Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in an attack last month.

Police said a woman was walking in a parking lot near 100 N. Kenton St. when an unknown Black male grabbed her and repeatedly and violently tried to pull her into nearby bushes.

The suspect then fled in a red sedan with small stickers on the right rear passenger window.

Police released a photo of the suspect Monday.

Police said the attack happened on Dec. 4 about 2:10 p.m.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can be anonymous and are eligible for a $2,000 reward.
