Police are investigating after a juvenile male was shot in the Cole neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, the Denver Police Department announced.
Police said the shooting happened near the intersection of High Street and Bruce Randolph Avenue, blocks from Centro Nueva Vida Church.
DPD announced the shooting at 4:17 p.m.
Police said the victim was transported to a local hospital with what appear to be non life-threatening injuries. His current status is unknown.
No arrests have been made. No suspect information is available at this time.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and are eligible for a $2,000 reward.
