Complete with heated igloo-style enclosures, a night spent dining in the Denver Union Station Plaza can make for the perfect for a winter date night.
Enjoy a cozy night out at Cooper Under the Lights, a unique outdoor dining experience from The Cooper Lounge in downtown Denver. Treat yourself to a magical five-course meal created by Executive Chef Justin Burdick, which includes three cocktails or wine selections per person.
Here’s a look at what’s on the menu:
Charcuterie: Imported and local cheeses & cured meats with assorted accouterments
Soup: Cream of French Shallot & Potato
Amuse: Puffed Tempura Prawns with Sweet Chili & Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Cranberry Coulis and Oil de Provence
Entrée: Duck Confit with Butternut puree, Fried Heirloom Cauliflower, Potato Pave & Apple Gastrique
Dessert: Smores Éclair with Bruleed Marshmallow
Each private igloo can accommodate up to six guests and the meal cost is $75 per person.
There’s also a $50 non-refundable igloo reservation fee per party. Igloos are available Thursday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
