The Denver Police Department is investigating after separate shootings left two wounded overnight in Denver’s Green Valley Ranch and East Colfax neighborhoods.
The first shooting happened just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of Odessa Street, a neighborhood near the intersection of Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and Piccadilly Road.
The victim was transported to a local hospital with a gunshot wound. Their current status is unknown, police said.
The second shooting happened at 4:43 a.m. outside of an apartment in the 1400 block of Xenia Street, blocks from the New Freedom Park and Community Garden.
Police said one person was wounded and transported to a hospital. Their current status is also unknown.
No arrests have been made in either shooting. No suspect information is available at this time.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a $2,000 reward.
