A mentally disabled man last seen in the middle of February was found safe, said officials from the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.

Daniel Williams, 19, was located by the Aurora Police Department on Monday and was found in good health, said Mike Taplin, a spokesperson for the JCSO.

Officials began searching for Williams, who is considered to be at-risk, after he left his residence at a care facility at the 1000 block of Xenon Street at around 6 a.m. on Feb. 19.

“Daniel has been located, Thank you to all who helped,” JCSO said in a tweet on social media Tuesday morning.
