Denver police searching for man accused of burglary, auto theft

The Denver Police Department is requesting the public’s help in identifying a man accused of burglary and auto theft.

Elderly man assaulted in his vehicle last week by five suspects

Police said the man burglarized a vehicle in the parking lot of 1212 South Federal Blvd. at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 29, then proceeded to steal the vehicle.

He was later spotted at Decatur Place, at 1155 N. Decatur St., around 5 a.m. There he attempted to commit another burglary, according to Denver Police Department officials.
