The Adam’s County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after one person was stabbed inside a motel Thursday morning.
Deputies said the stabbing happened inside the Super 8 Motel in Henderson at 9051 Interstate 76 Frontage Road. Officials arrived at the scene about 7:45 a.m.
Deputies said one victim was wounded and taken to a hospital for treatment. Their status is unknown.
One suspect was identified and arrested at the scene. Deputies said there is no longer any danger to the public.
The identities and relationship of the victim and suspect have not been released.
The investigation is ongoing. Deputies said they are working to determine what led to the stabbing.
