Truck -- crash

Officials from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office are seeking additional information from the public in regard to a crash that shut down portions of Interstate 25 for several hours Thursday morning.

Deputies are asking for any possible witnesses of the crash — specifically the driver of a large blue truck — to contact Sgt. Darren Gammel at 720-874-3798 or Finley at 720-874-3797.

Authorities responded to the multi-vehicle accident at 8:19 a.m. near East Dry Creek Road and I-25 in the Denver Tech Center. The accident caused the interstate to close between Arapahoe Road and Lincoln.

Three vehicles were involved in the crash, one was a truck. Two people were transported to the hospital and their current conditions are unknown, said ACSO officials.

The interstate officially reopened shortly after 11:30 a.m.
