One person is wounded in an overnight shooting off East Colfax Avenue, the Denver Police Department said.
Police said the shooting happened just after midnight Thursday in the 6700 block of East Colfax Avenue, near the Asamblea Apostolica De La Fe church in the Montclair neighborhood.
Responding officers found the victim, a man, suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital and remains in critical condition, police said.
Police have not released any information about what led to the shooting.
No arrests have been made. No suspect information is available.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can be anonymous and are eligible for a $2,000 reward.
