Matthew Fry was charged with manslaughter, three counts of fourth-degree arson, two counts of second-degree assault and extraction of marijuana concentrate by the 19th Judicial District Attorney, according to a release.

Investigators believe the explosion was caused by Fry allegedly extracting hash oil with butane from marijuana.
