Two people are wounded after being shot in a hotel parking lot early Sunday morning, the Aurora Police Department said.
Police said a man and a 17-year-old boy were each shot in the leg after a dispute outside the La Quinta Inn at 1500 S. Abilene St. The shooting suspects are still on the loose.
The shooting happened at 4:45 a.m. The victims were driven to a hospital and are expected to be OK, police said.
No suspect information is available, but the suspect vehicle is described as a white sedan, possibly a Volkswagen Jetta.
Police did not provide details about the dispute that led to the shooting. It is unclear if the victims knew the suspects.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can be anonymous and are eligible for a $2,000 reward.
