In a news conference Monday, Major Crimes Division Cmdr. Matt Clark of the Denver Police Department identified a man fatally shot by officers last Friday as Cedrick Vick, age 22. Clark said Vick led officers on a chase following a carjacking during which he stole a woman’s vehicle at gunpoint.
