Police seek information about possible kidnapping at 7-Eleven in Denver

The Denver Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding two people involved in what may have been a kidnapping.

Police released photos Tuesday of a man and woman who they say had an altercation at a 7-Eleven store in the Montbello neighborhood. During the altercation, the man assaulted the woman, police said.

The relationship between the man and woman is not clear and police are trying to find out if the woman may have been kidnapped by this man.

Police said neither of the people are suspects at this point, but they are trying to get more information.

The incident happened on Sunday at around 4:20 p.m. in the 7-Eleven store at 4701 N. Peoria St., police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867. Tipsters can be anonymous and are eligible for s $2,000 reward.
