The Colorado State Patrol is seeking the public’s help in locating a vehicle involved in a pedestrian, vehicle hit-and-run in Boulder County on Friday.

The vehicle has been described as a black Honda van, possibly SUV and may have right side damage and a missing passenger side mirror, according to a news release.

Troopers were dispatched to the area of Highway 287 near Vermillion Road, just north of Longmont at 12:50 a.m. after a report of a hit-and-run.

Upon their arrival, they located a 30-year-old pedestrian who was struck by the black Honda. They were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries, official said.

Information regarding the suspect has not been released.
