The special offender offense was charged as Fuller was in possession of a firearm, while being in possession of illegal substances, according to the release.

Fuller was arrested in May of 2019 after police responded to a report of a road rage incident involving a gun near the Kum & Go Station on 29th Street in Greeley.

One victim told police the person, later identified as Fuller, was driving east on U.S. Highway 34 and was driving erratically, according to the release.

Fuller pointed a gun at the victim after being told to slow down.

Similarly, Fuller also pleaded guilty to 16 years in prison for a separate drug case last year, according to the release.

On Dec. 18, 2020, police received a report from staff at the Fairfield Inn in Greeley, that Fuller, who had several active warrants was in their facility.
