A woman was shot and a suspect remains at large following a shooting in southeast Denver Friday.

The shooting happened in the 10700 block of East Dartmouth Avenue in the Kennedy neighborhood. The Denver Police Department announced the shooting on Twitter at 12:35 p.m.

Officers located a woman on-scene whose condition is currently unknown.

Investigators are currently working to determine what led to the shooting and a suspect information, police said.
