Missing, endangered Castle Pines teen found safe in Denver
A 15-year-old Castle Pines boy who was reported missing on July 8 was found safe in Denver on Thursday, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Members of the Denver Police Department and sheriff’s office located the boy, whose considered endangered due to developmental delays, at a park after receiving a tip and photo showing his location.
Authorities are currently in the process of reuniting the boy with his family, while also trying to acquire information about where he’s been staying for over a week.
The boy initially disappeared on July 8 and since being found multiple search and rescue operations by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office have occurred, but were unsuccessful.
