A 22-year-old man is in custody in connection to a fatal shooting in Aurora last month.
Treyvion Simpson, 22, has been charged with first-degree murder in the June 29 shooting death of Andrew Billinger, 38.
Police said Billinger agreed to meet at the McDonalds to sell a gaming console, but was shot in the abdomen during the transaction, 9News, the Denver Gazette’s news partner, reported.
Simpson is being held in the Arapahoe County Jail and no court appearance has yet been scheduled, according to online court records.
