Dead body found in Boulder County

A dead body was found Saturday morning in Boulder County and authorities say there is no threat to the public.

Deputies from the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a 20 to 30-year-old man who was unconscious and not breathing in the 31000 block of Coal Creek Drive, just after 10 a.m., according to a news release.

Crews from the Coal Creek Fire Department and American Medical Response were the first to respond and upon locating the individual, pronounced him dead.

The county’s coroner’s office and detectives from the sheriff’s office were dispatched to the scene to investigate and determined the death was not suspicious, accordion to the release.

The man will be identified at a later date by the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.
