Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart on Friday afternoon unsealed the warrant that authorized the FBI’s Monday raid of former President Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.
The warrant, which Reinhart approved on Aug. 5, authorized the FBI to seize from Trump’s Florida property “all physical documents and records constituting evidence, contraband, fruits of crime, or other items illegally possessed” in violation of three federal laws, including the Espionage Act.

Two attachments to the warrant were also unsealed, including a receipt of the property the FBI seized during Monday’s raid.
Among the items that the FBI obtained were Trump’s executive grant of clemency for Roger Stone, information pertaining to the “President of France,” two binders of photos, a handwritten note, and miscellaneous confidential, secret, and top secret documents.
The receipt also shows the FBI seized “various classified/TS/SCI documents.”
SCI stands for sensitive compartmented information, a classification for documents considered to be above top secret.
