President Joe Biden made yet another verbal slip-up that is leading to mockery and expressions of embarrassment on social media on Friday.

This time it was Biden telling a Maryland crowd, “Let me start off with two words: made in America” — which is three words, not two.

“Math is hard,” quipped Benny Johnson, a Newsmax host.

The Twitter account for the House Judiciary Committee Republicans tweeted, “Oh no.”

“Let me start off with two words: dumb. ass,” added school safety advocate Andrew Pollack.

In the remarks at a Volvo manufacturing plant in Hagerstown, Maryland, Biden took several shots at Republicans who he says called his agenda “socialist” but are now wanting to reap the benefits.

“Socialism. I didn’t know there were that many socialist Republicans. Think about it. I’m serious. Let’s get serious about taking care of ordinary people, regular people like I grew up. Folks, look — you can’t make this stuff up. You got to say, and I’ve got to say, I was surprised to see so many socialists in the Republican caucus,” he said in the Friday speech.

Biden has become known for his fairly regular gaffes, often leaving his press secretary, now Karine Jean-Pierre, to clean up after him.

Last month, the president appeared to ask whether a congresswoman, who died in a car crash in August, was present at a White House event. “I want to thank all of you here, including bipartisan elected officials like Rep. McGovern, Sen. Braun, Sen. Booker, Rep. — Jackie, are you here?” he said during the White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition, and Health. “Where’s Jackie? I thought she was going to be here — to help make this a reality.”

The White House dismissed the verbal mishap, claiming the recently deceased Rep. Jackie Walorski was “top of mind” for the president as he prepared to meet with the late congresswoman’s family that week.
