Inspired by the whimsy in the 1971 Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory movie, The Inventing Room creates a wild, whimsical world of molecular gastronomy. A colorful nook tucked in Denver’s SloHi neighborhood, The Inventing Room offers demonstrations where guests can witness the creation of magical & seemingly impossible treats and taste everything from freeze-dried skittles to Cheetos frozen in liquid nitrogen.
