Dave & Buster’s, which specializes in food, sports watching and arcade games, will open Nov. 20 in northern Colorado Springs and is looking to hire 160 employees to staff the location.

The suburban Dallas-based restaurant and entertainment concept will occupy a roughly 20,000-square-foot building at the Highlands at Briargate, a commercial development southwest of Briargate Parkway and Chapel Hills Drive.

Dave & Buster’s plans to hire servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks and game techs, among other employees. Job seekers are asked to complete online applications at daveandbusters.com/careers.

Founded in 1982, and with 157 locations in 41 states, Dave & Buster’s in Colorado Springs will serve chef-crafted food  and feature a midway with more than 120 games, company representatives have said.

Customers also can watch sports and other programming on a 40-foot-wide HDTV wall — called a “WOW wall” — that can offer a single giant screen or be split into multiple seamless screens.
