Colorado School of Mines cross country shines at NCAAs | Colorado Sunshine

Where the good news shines

The Colorado School of Mines women’s cross country team made history at the NCAA Championships with third place finish with four all-americans.

Holly Moser, Jenna Ramsey-Rutledge, Clare Petes and Molly Maskin gave Mines the most all-americans in program history by each finishing inside the top-40.

The Oredigger men continued their streak of finishing in the top 3 at the NCAAs which started in 2015. Mines finished in second place, just eight points before Wingate. The team hasn’t finished outside the top 5 since 2009.

The men’s top finisher was Loic Scomparin who came in eighth place. Scomparin Duncan Fuehne, Logan Bocovich and Paul Knight were all-americans on the men’s side.
