Whiskey and snow sports go hand-in-hand, responsibly of course, and the Professional Ski Instructors of America and American Association of Snowboard Instructors (PSIA-AASI) announced Breckenridge Distillery as its official spirit supplier.

The partnership, unveiled during an exclusive event with the PSIA-AASI National Team at the Main Street Tasting Room in Breckenridge earlier this month, marks the convergence of shared passions for snow, mountains, and alpine living, PSIA-AASI said.

Highlights of the collaboration include an exclusive PSIA-AASI labeled bottle of Breckenridge Distillery’s Bourbon Whiskey Reserve Blend, the introduction of the signature snow pro cocktail “The Fall Line,” and a commitment to growing snow sports participation. Five dollars from each bottle sold will be donated to the PSIA-AASI Education Foundation and these exclusively labeled bottles are now available to purchase.

It’s what makes our distillery so special,” Bryan Nolt, founder and CEO of Breckenridge Distillery, said in a news release. “The quality of the water we use, the ties to the mountains, skiing, and snowboarding are all key to the culture and history of what we are doing.”

Established in 2008, Breckenridge Distillery, recognized as the “World’s Highest Distillery,” is renowned for its high-rye mash American-style craft whiskey.
