Warmer-than-normal days on the way to Colorado, shows mapping from NWS

According to the National Weather Service, it’s likely that warmer days in Colorado will stick around through at least the end of the month.

Longer-term temperature forecasting maps show that above-the-norm temperatures are most likely in Colorado through at least February 9.

See the first map showing the date range of January 22 to January 26 below:

It’s also worth noting that above-norm precipitation is expected through at least January 26.

Based on these reports, Coloradans can probably expect a snowy January to continue, minus the bitter cold that’s been felt in recent days.
