Hundreds of flights delayed Sunday at Denver International Airport

Hundreds of flights were delayed at Denver International Airport on Sunday following Friday and Saturday’s snowfall.

As of 12:40 p.m. Sunday, 154 flights were delayed and three flights were canceled.

The most impacted airlines included United, Southwest, SkyWest, American and Delta.

Denver International Airport reported 3.4 inches of snow fell Saturday. Greeley to the north got over 13 inches.

The number of travelers are expected to peak again from around 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Travelers are advised to allow for one hour to pass security checkpoints.
