Denver weather: Warming temps Monday and seasonable conditions return

After another weekend of wintry weather, the sun and warming temperatures return to the 303 Monday and last most of the week.

Denver residents can expect mostly sunny skies Monday, with a high near 51, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder. A south wind will blow between 5 to 7 mph, becoming north northwest in the afternoon.

Except partly cloudy skies Monday night, with a low around 25 and a south southwest wind to blow between 5 to 8 mph.

Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 51. South southwest wind 5 to 7 mph becoming light and variable.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 51. Southwest wind 7 to 9 mph becoming north northwest in the afternoon.

Thursday: A 10% chance of showers after 5 p.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.

Friday: A chance of snow showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 38.
