Americana duo Robert Plant and Alison Krauss will reunite for a date in Colorado Springs.

The pair will bring their new “Can’t Let Go” tour to Sunset Amphitheater on Aug. 31. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Go online to sunsetamphitheater.live or axs.com. A series of presale tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Go online to plantkrauss.com.

It’s the fourth concert on the docket at the 8,000-seat, open-air venue on the city’s north side, opening this summer southeast of Interstate 25 and North Gate Boulevard in the Polaris Pointe development.

British singer-songwriter Plant and Grammy Award-winning bluegrass country singer and violinist Krauss have collaborated on two albums through the years. “Raising Sand” dropped in 2007 and “Raise the Roof” in 2021, featuring the popular songs “High and Lonesome” and “Going Where the Lonely Go.”

The amphitheater will host at least 20 shows this summer, including the venue’s sold-out grand opening concert on Aug. 9 with pop-rock band OneRepublic. Sixties surf band The Beach Boys will perform Aug. 16 and country singer Dierks Bentley will play Aug. 30. New shows will be announced every week throughout the month.
