The Bagel Deli & Restaurant in Denver, a family-owned establishment founded by Holocaust survivors Paul and Lola Weiner in 1967, has become a local institution known for its authentic Jewish deli experience. Now run by their grandson Jared Kaplan, the deli, featured on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” continues to thrive, offering a diverse menu of traditional Jewish dishes and sandwiches and maintaining it’s family legacy.
