Weekend things to do around Denver and beyond

80s passions

THURSDAY

Note: This is a show intended for adults containing offensive material. He’ll be playing two shows at 7:30 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday. Thursday Admission $38, Friday and Saturday Admission $40. To purchase tickets, visit the Comedy Works website.

FRIDAY

The Denver Museum of Nature and Science is set to host Girls & Science, a free event from 5 to 9 p.m., kicking off a month-long virtual programming series until March 31. FRIDAY MARCH 1-SUNDAY MARCH 10

Friday kicks off the ten-day Denver Restaurant Week where restaurants throughout the metro area showcase their menus. This year’s event will feature four price points (with both to-go and in-person options): $25, $35, $45 and $55 for multi-course meals.

“Denver Restaurant Week amplifies the best of Denver’s culinary scene with new restaurant concepts and expansions opening across the city,” Visit Denver vice president Flavia Light tells the Denver Gazette, “while also celebrating longstanding Denver restaurants.”
