Five Air Force baseball players honored on Mountain West’s ’25th Season Team’ | Colorado Sunshine

Where good news shines

Air Force baseball is on a historical roll.

The Mountain West Conference honored the program on Wednesday. The league announced the “25th Season Team” and five Falcons made the cut: Sam Kulasingam, Nic Ready, Paul Skenes, Mike Thiessen and Jay Thomason.

Top-seeded Air Force, fresh off its first conference title, enters the Mountain West tournament against No. 4 Fresno State on Thursday.

Entering the 25th Mountain West tournament, 10 programs have claimed regular-season titles and eight have celebrated tournament titles. New Mexico (3), San Diego State (6) and UNLV (3) have won multiple MW championship titles.

The “25th Season” list was comprised by members of the 11 full-time institutions.
