Colorado State Fair adds Goo Goo Dolls to 2024 concert lineup

The Grammy-nominated band is set to perform on Sept. 1

From country to pop rock, this year’s Colorado State Fair concert lineup features a variety of genres for music fans to enjoy.

On Monday, the state fair added Grammy-nominated pop rock band, the Goo Goo Dolls, to the lineup. The band is set to perform at the fair on Sept. 1 at the Southwest Motors Event Center.

Last week’s concert lineup announcement included other popular names such as Ludacris, Scotty McCreery and Trace Adkins.

Free summer concerts happening at Colorado Springs area parks and venues

The annual fair is set to return Aug. 23 through Sept. 2, bringing a multitude of entertainment to Pueblo.

Last year, the fair hosted household names like Pat Benatar, Lady A and Lil Jon.

Here’s the 2024 concert lineup:

•Aug. 23: Shane Smith & The Saints

•Aug. 24: Scotty McCreery

•Aug. 25: Lonestar

•Aug. 29: The Commodores & The Spinners

•Aug. 30: Trace Adkins with special guest Cody Cozz

•Aug. 31: Ludacris

•Sept. 1: Banda El Recodo

•Sept. 1: Goo Goo Dolls *

*This show is presented by the Colorado Lottery. Those who make a qualifying purchase of $30 or more on a single ticket of Powerball, Mega Millions, Colorado Lotto+, or Lucky for Life will receive a voucher for the show while supplies last, according to a release from the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Vouchers can be redeemed on the Colorado State Fair website.  Click here to see the full rules.

For those who want to attend the show without purchasing a lottery ticket, tickets can be purchased at the state fair box office for $50.
