The Regional Transportation District — responding to concerns from the Public Utilities Commission about rail conditions forcing trains in the Southeast Corridor to travel at reduced speeds for safety — will undergo expedited repairs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

The work will stop service intermittently on the E, H, and R lines overnight. Here are the interruptions.

Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, June 18-19

E Line:

• There will be no E Line service between Southmoor and RidgeGate Parkway Stations after 11:30 p.m.

• RTD will provide bus shuttle service beginning at 11:30 p.m. and extending through end of the service day

• The last full service northbound from RidgeGate Parkway Station to Union Station train will depart at 10:33 p.m.

• The last southbound train from Southmoor Station to RidgeGate Parkway Station will depart at 10:29 p.m.

R Line:

• No R Line service will be provided between Peoria and Lincoln Stations beginning approximately 10:30 p.m.

• No bus shuttle service will be available

• The last southbound train will depart from Peoria Station at 9:47 p.m.

• The last northbound train from Lincoln Station will depart at 10:34 p.m.

Wednesday and Thursday mornings, June 19-20

E Line:

• E line service northbound from RidgeGate Parkway Station to Union Station will begin at 5:33 a.m.

• The 4:55 a.m. train from Union Station will depart to Southmoor Station only

• Full service southbound from Union Station to RidgeGate Parkway Station will begin at 5:55 a.m.

• No bus shuttles will be available during this time

R Line:

• No R Line northbound service from RidgeGate Parkway Station to Peoria Station will be available until 6:05 a.m.

• No bus shuttle service will be available during this time

• The first southbound train to Lincoln Station will depart Peoria Station at 5:25 a.m.
