Pedestrian dies after being struck by vehicle in Lakewood

One person has died after being struck by a vehicle in Lakewood on Sunday morning, according to the Lakewood Police Department.
The crash happened at the intersection of W. Alameda Avenue and S. Depew Street, police reported on social media platform X at 6:46 a.m.
Police said roads will remain closed for several hours between S. Fenton and S. Depew streets.
Further details of the fatal pedestrian crash were not available.
