2 teens injured, another arrested in shooting in Aurora
Jack Quillin
Aurora Police said two teenagers were injured and another was arrested after a shooting early Saturday morning.
Officers responded just after midnight to a shooting reported in the 800 block of South Naples Way.
Investigators believe gunshots were exchanged after an argument broke out amongst a large group that had moved out into the street, police said.
One boy was taken to the hospital with serious injuries from a gunshot wound, and a second boy arrived at the hospital a short time later with serious injuries from a gunshot wound.
Officers took a third juvenile boy into custody who was carrying a weapon at the scene, but said his potential involvement in the shooting is not known at this time.
