Denver police received a report that a man was shooting a bow and arrow near Commons Park on Friday morning.

A man was allegedly shooting a bow and arrow near South 16th Street and Little Raven Street — just a block from Commons Park — around 11:30 a.m., a spokesperson from the Denver Police Department said.

It was reported that the man was shooting arrows at objects, not people, and no injuries have been reported at this time.

Officers are still working to find the man Friday afternoon, but have “information that he no longer possesses the bow and arrows,” police said.
