Denver City Council Preview: Final vote on citywide ADU ordinance changes
Now that Mayor Mike Johnston’s 2025 budget has been adopted, it’s back to business for Denver City Council.
Citywide ADU ordinance changes will be among the topics of interest for the Monday, Nov. 18 regular meeting—back before the full council for a hearing and final vote.
The council will also convene as the quasi-judicial Board of Equalization to review requests for assessment reduction regarding 20th Street Pedestrian Mall and St. Luke’s Pedestrian Mall.
Denver International Airport may receive new software licenses, support, and training for its video surveillance system and new components for a passenger bridge.
An $8.5 million loan agreement between the city and Mercy Housing Mountain Plains may fuel the construction of 190 new income-restricted units.
