President Joe Biden just returned from an overseas trip, during which he visited Peru and the G20 conference in Brazil. During his trip, he became the first president to visit the Amazon rainforest.

The president also made news when he approved Ukraine to use American-made long-range missiles in Russian territory on Sunday. That set off a firestorm within Russia. Putin changed the rules on Tuesday for using nuclear weapons to declare any missile attack from a nonnuclear power backed by a nuclear power to be a “joint attack.”
