1. NOEL Christmas Pop-Up Bar

Runs until Dec. 31

Presented by The Bluegrass Coffee & Bourbon Lounge, this Olde Town Arvada bar offers a “winter wonderland experience” that features over half a million lights and decorations, along with a Christmas cocktail menu. Guests can also participate in workshops, enjoy Christmas films, and sing karaoke.

2. Blazing Bright at The Inverness Denver

Dec. 6, 2024, to Jan. 4, 2025, on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

This pop-up bar is located at the Fireside Bar & Grill and includes a holiday movie-inspired menu of food and cocktails, like Roast Beast & Who Hash inspired by “The Grinch” and sugar plum cake from “The Nutcracker.”

3. Big Holiday Energy at Call to Arms Brewing Company

Nov. 27, 2024 through Jan. 1, 2025

The taproom at Call to Arms Brewing Company will transform into a winter wonderland with decorations, holiday-themed beers, and more. This year, the theme will be “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation,” with moose mugs, some movie-inspired experiential stations, and an immersive VIP drinking area.

4. Miracle at Union Station

Nov. 15 – Dec. 24

This pop-up cocktail bar will “immerse guests into a non-negotiable state of Christmas spirit,” with holiday decor and cocktails.

5. Avantiki at Avanti Food & Beverage

Nov. 22 – Dec. 28

Guests will find holiday and tiki-inspired cocktails, sand-laced snow, and lights at Avanti Food & Beverage’s holiday-themed pop-up bar.

6. Elfie’s Enchanted Lounge at Lila B.

Open through Dec. 31

Elfie’s Enchanted Lounge at Lila B. at Comedy Works South features festive drinks, holiday decorations, and a cozy atmosphere.

7. Litmas at Linger

Open through Jan. 1

Customers can head to Linger’s rooftop deck for drinks, cozy igloos, and lights, and they can even get Christmas mugshots.

8. Home for the Holidays Steuben’s Uptown

Steuben’s Uptown’s holiday pop-up bar evokes the nostalgia of childhood Christmas mornings, which will include cocktails, twinkling holiday lights, and a fully-enclosed and heated patio for guests to enjoy. Steuben’s will also be collecting donations for the Denver Housing Authority. You can bring in a toy donation in exchange for housemade cocoa and a $10 off voucher at Steuben’s or Ace Eat Serve.

9. Sleigh Bar at McGregor Square

Runs through Dec. 31

The sleigh bar takes over Milepost Zero, the McGregor food hall, for the holiday season. The pop-up bar’s special events include Christmas karaoke, $5 shots for people wearing ugly sweaters, holiday trivia, and visits with Santa.

10. Snowdrift at Adrift Tiki Bar

Adrift Tiki Bar will turn into a “tiki-meets-tinsel” holiday pop-up bar for the season, featuring snowy palm trees, an igloo beach bar, and loads of Yuletide cheer. Special cocktails include the Snowdrift Coquito, the Partridge in a Pear Tree, and the Cabo Claus.

11. Sippin’ Santa at Bernard’s Tiki Room at the Arvada Tavern

Runs through Dec. 31

This tropical-themed Christmas extravaganza runs until Dec. 31 and features Christmas-themed tiki drinks served in whimsical mugs. The drinks include Frosty the Merman, Sugar Plum Mai Tai, Sippin’ Santa, Holiday on Ice, Merry Spritzmas, and many more.

12. Santa’s Secret Speakeasy at Blind Tiger Lounge

The Blind Tiger Lounge turns its cocktail lounge space into Santa’s Secret Speakeasy pop-up bar for the holiday season, serving hot drinks, martinis, and more. A daily coin flip will determine if guests will drink from the naughty or nice menu.
