The University of Denver lacrosse program came in at No. 10 in the 2025 USA Lacrosse Magazine preseason poll released this week.
Denver opens the season against No. 9 Johns Hopkins at Noon on Feb. 1 at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium.
The Pioneers, who advanced to the NCAA semifinals before losing to Notre Dame, return four of their top six point getters from a year ago led by sophomore Cody Malawsky and his 32 points on 22 goals and 10 assists.
Noah Manning also had 22 goals and nine helpers in 2024, Mic Kelly had 20 goals and eight assists and Joshua Carlson chipped in with 18 goals and nine assists.
